What are credits?
A credit unlocks the ability to attach a file to your Orb. Writing text is always free. Adding a file changes things: 1 credit per document or image, 1 per audio recording, 2 per short video (under 5 minutes), 4 per longer video. Credits are purchased individually and never expire.
Who can access what I write?
Only your recipient, at the moment you chose. Once sealed, WESEP can no longer read the content. Nobody else can access it.
Can I change my mind after sealing?
While your Orb is a draft, you can edit or delete it free of charge. Once sealed, the content is locked, but you can request cancellation before the delivery date for a €10 fee. The message is then permanently destroyed.
